In Crossover and Bootcamp the performance is terrible, but bearable
Apple is not the platform to be on if you want to play anything from steam (or honestly, anywhere else).
Dev's dont typically write any games with a mac in mind. Why would they? Even porting over a windows game to a console is going to get them higher profits than porting to mac.
Back in the day, if you wanted certain design. graphics capability, yes, you went mac. That hasn't been true in well over a decade.
If you want to game, dont play on a mac. Simple.
