Moving items around on the raft

Is there a way to move an item you've already placed on your raft? If there is, I haven't found it yet.

you can remove alot of placed items by pressing X to remove it. you have to hold X for a few seconds to grab the item. (make sure you have space in inventory)

this works for any workstations or storage or water destills/cooking stations.

it also works for pipes.

it does NOT work for placed walls and roofs and beams. the only way to get rid of these to to destroy them with one of the axes you can craft. doing so returns roughly half of the used resources. the rest is lost.
