In the Radio Tower final room the word Utopia is written on the board with an arrow pointing to the code. I can see how someone would think they are heading to a location called Utopia rather than a location called Vasagatan. Since the OP doesn't seem to be able to navigate yet I'm pretty sure he hasn't gone through 7 story locations only to forget how the engine works just before the 8th.
OP, if you open your journal (T) there will be some paper scraps in the middle with a name and a code written on them. The bottom most tag is the location to which you should be heading. If it says Vasagatan, follow Anonymous Helper's advice. Just float away and the location will eventually respawn. I recommend turning off your receiver and only periodically turning it on, just to save the battery.
If you actually see 8 tags with the last one being Utopia, build an engine or refuel it if it is out.
