Best Starting Point for Video Settings?

I know that this is highly dependent on all sorts of hardware and software factors, but I was wondering if there's a good baseline setting for the video and graphics parameters in Raft that would give good visual response and rendering. I am very un-technical when it comes to gaming systems!

I'd like to go from a reasonable starting point and then begin frobbing some of the settings to improve performance and appearance.

My system has an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 16 GB Installed RAM, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, a TUF Gaming motherboard (not sure of specifics) and Gigabyte GV-N10300C-2GI (NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030) graphics processor.

With that GPU being your weakest link, put all graphics settings to Fastest or Fast. I highly suggest replacing GPU first before anything else. CPU and RAM is good.
