Butler Bots not spawning

So me and my girlfriend got raft recently and we are in tangaroa rn but we are stuck since we cant get keycards from the bot... we tried relogging in and going far away from tangaroa but nothing seems to fix it... we are truly disappointed

Dont just go a ways away from it, keep going till it despawns, then go to the new one that spawns again, you should be able to get what you need then.

If starlight78sso's suggestion did not work, it might be bugged. To workaround it, I suggest that you look for a mod on the Raft discord. If I recall correctly, they can help to spawn the bots. I don't know if there's any other alternative.
