so if the pen is too large, they might end up wandering around hungry without stumbling over the grass plot
that's my strategy, i make the pen size the size of the grass plots, and just expand it as i get more grass
Then if I go to an island, spend about 10 minutes ther.. I come back to an empty pen, no nametags I could pick up.. so after all the hassle it is to capture them, they just disappear or starve to death next to a grass plot??
try not to keep them at see level. if there is storm and ship bumping they might end up in the see
