Can't Craft Anything even in Creative Mode

Something is broken in my game with regards to the controls. My daughter was messing with the controls when I first installed the game and some of them may have been swapped (not sure since there is no default control list anywhere).

The problem is there is no reset controls in the game. I uninstalled and reinstalled from Steam and the control mappings appear to have been maintained :(

So what keys / controls are required for crafting something and does anyone know the default keys for the game. If I open the Settings->Controls menu there are Key binding and Alt.Key bindings. The Key bindings seem OK but the Alt.Key bindings have the LMB (left mouse button) on 6-7 of them and if I click that left mouse button I get several (all?) of them happening. For example 2 of them are Inventory and Jump and indeed clicking the LMB opens/closes inventory and jumps. Why would the ALT keys be working at the same time don't they require the ALT key to be held down or does that mean duplicate keys?


Right now on my game if I click the left mouse button (or use I) the inventory opens and the tool sub menu is displayed. I highlight a tool (say stone arrow) using the mouse but no craft menu ever appears no matter how long I wait. I've tried B key and in fact I've tried every key on the keyboard and nothing ever happens (don't craft item, don't see crafting menu appear that says how much of each item is required to craft it).

If I click the left mouse button again on the tool in the tools menu the entire inventory menu goes away (is that supposed to happen?) In fact the only sub menu that opens is the tool menu (if I try and click on others like the chair, box, food it just closes the inventory and I don't see any sub menu there at all).

Hey Tim! Just head over to the folder below and delete both files - then verify integrity of your files via Steam, and launch the game - and poof, you should have the default controls!
