Zipline Part missing ~ Help

In Caravan island for the Zipline Parts. I found the 2, one from the floating in a well and one underwater, near to the Oxygen Pipe.
But the one that is dropped by the rocket containing Major Tom, I cant find. Major Tom was there the first time I visited the island and set it off with explosives. But it did not drop.
Stuck for a week now.

Did you pick up Major Tom? The zipline part should have been with him (it). Try going back to the spot he landed. If that doesn't work, maybe try sailing away until the island spawns again and check the spot again.

Every time I sail away and come back, I can see the rocket going up in the sky, but no Major Tom :(

So you know the spot where the figure is supposed to land right? And there's nothing there when you check?

I played caravan island yesterday and throughout the week,( I am quite far in the storyline) and when I launched the rocket, I headed to the tiny island where it crashed and I found major tom and a zipline part. The zipline part should be tied to his back looking like a little crate with a parachute on it...if you still cannot find it I have no idea what went wrong...

I also have this problem. I rotated the hoses and got the water to raise the well floater and looted everything. I used the air pockets to go to the very last pocket and got the blueprint for metal detector, and the infirmary key. I launched the rocket and have Major Tom sitting placed on my raft yet I only have 2 zipline parts. I think this is a bug.

Glad I picked up a lot of biofuel at caravan town. I went ahead and steamed away from the island for awhile then turned around and came back. Rechecking each of the spots again and sure enough the zipline part was on top where I had previously picked up Major Tom. Weird that it didn't spawn there the first time.

That IS weird. Well, I am glad you found a solution! Sorry u had to work hard to get there. Harder than you had to work at Caravan yourself.
