how can i get a fishing bait?

Bait is useless, but you make it from two tiny fishies that you catch with the fishing rod.

Easiest way to kill the shark is to get into the water and pummel him with arrows. As long as you don't miss you get them back.

If you don't have bow and arrows, the spear works. Again get into the water and wait for Bruce to charge you, start backing up and when he opens his mouth you stab him in the throat about 20 times

I usually fish a bit to get the fishes to craft the shark bait (no fishing bait needed for normal fishes, bauts are only for special fishes) then i trow the shark bait next to my raft, the shark try to eat the bait and i shoot whit bow (or use a spear). Once hit the shark will flee away just to return few seconds later. Repeat until he die (1 shark bait is enough).

bait isn't useless, and that is the fastest way to kill the shark, by using bait

Best bait for Bruce, might be an extended protruding outwards ' Bait Foundation ' row.

If the spot is right, he will just keep attacking the outer piece.
Hurt him whenever he bites.
Less cost, no risk, guaranteed hit.
