CAN'T REGAIN HEALTH

Ok , so I have slept, I have reset my character and still come back with zero health. just a flashing screen just like it does before you are incapacitated. I can't even regain health after my character has been rescued, which only happens after a shark attack . I always come back with no health and a flashing screen. Also I cant starve to death or die of thirst, my character just stays slow and whiney, no incapacitated mode. at this point do i need to just uninstall and reinstall my game ? Has anyone else had this issue? Is it possibly the server? we have tried two different , separate games on two different peoples servers , so I don't think that is the problem , but who knows at this point

It may be caused by a bug so you probably should submit a bug report so the developers can take a look here:

I did finally after doing every other thing possible. It was fixed when I loaded my game back up, but now my buddy is having the same issue, so i think it was just luck it fixed after trial and error. lucky for my buddy theirs will fix itsefl when they leave the server and join back. Hopefully they will figure this bug out . she sent a report as well

Try clicking the "Backup Game Files" button when you right click on Raft in your Game Library , it'll recollect all the game files that are not withing the correct file , it'll even recover the ones you deleted (If you have deleted any) but if that doesn't work I can't help you
