HELP! Receiver - missing.

I have the blueprints and crafting table but there is no receiver or antenna to craft. Am i doing something wrong? please help.

Just to add...im 20 hours in and have not come across the raido tower yet. If that's the reason i can't craft it then how do i get to the radio tower. I'm assuming after 20 hours i should have come across it by now.

throw in basic materials to research table to unlock blueprints (which shows both locked and unlocked) then you can craft it by gathering necessary material.

Once you grab/try to grab a blueprint, it adds that blueprint's item on the list of items in the research table. You need to research each component of the item (by "sacrificing" one of each component to the table), then click to learn the item. For "complex" items like the receiver, that involves researching a lot of components and sub components. Copper ingots, circuit boards, goo, etc...

As soon as you grabbed/tried to grab a blueprint, the blueprint did its job. You can throw it away. If you're holding the radio receiver blueprint, good, you can now get rid of it. Or keep it as a souvenir if you really want to. It sounds weird, but that's how blueprints work.

You do need to craft the radio receiver and antennas (3), else you'll never find the radio tower.

If you want to keep blueprints for collection purposes, receiver and antenna will NEVER appear again. All others can be obtained multiple times if desired.

However the item itself is useless, the act of obtaining the blueprint adds the research onto the table. You'll find them there. Circuit boards are probably what you're missing; you've had no need to research one before now.

OMG! thank you. i'm pretty good about researching everything but i must have forgotten copper bar. Did it, it showed up. FINALLY! thank you so much
