Does bug checks, peek at the hotfixes,
visit Temperance style islands for some speed crash and parkouring up those steep hills, the antennas on.
You could leave the game, play another one and you'll probably want to start a new story mode after few monthes or years... (If it weren't for Skyrim or 2-3 other exceptions, I'd have said "like every game that exists").
There's at least a couple hidden/unique islands in the random pool. I think most players would encounter them before starting the story though.
Ah well, in the end I guess it was worth the money either way. 6/10 game.
