Bucket controversy
So... I've already set my mind to not bother about eating dishes and glasses - it's just a game after all. For some weird reason game character refuses to eat bucket while drinking milk. So buckets staying unlike other food containers. But it's not enough! When you cooking something with milk - bucket goes straight into pot/juicer and never returns! Why is bucket eatable in this manner???

The clay bowl I can understand being one use only. It's unfired clay and you have no way of cleaning it; disposing of the vessel is simple sanitation. This also makes sense for the wooden bucket that is used to hold raw milk. A few days without refrigeration and that thing is going to be NASTY. It's pretty gross to keep that thing, really.

The GLASS tumbler, though, I have no answer for. Glass is ridiculously easy to clean. That's the biggest reason that it became popular for drinking vessels.

Tell that the to chest full of buckets of milk I have left there for literal weeks of in-game time and all of the food just laying around in unrefrigerated containers. The answer is the devs couldn't fix a duplication bug and decided the game isn't really about realism in the first place so they just stopped trying to fix it (and break a bunch of other things/introduce more duplication bugs... I mean they fixed the duplication bugs and i think that was more important for them as the approached their v1.0 release date)

Clearly wood is too hard to eat raw and needs to be softened by boiling it in your cooking pot.
Its only logical ;)
