With little descriptions from above,
If in similar situation,
there is a ' slight conflict ' with the two different anchors being active.
AutoAnchor would assume the weight is down, while the other assumes the other way, even when its up.
Especially newly placed or just loaded into game.
Interact ' flip switch ' to make sure its UP. (even if flipping twice)
Interact ' crank ' to make sure it is UP. (even if releasing and pulling up)
If as above, simple explanation is new anchor has not adapted to raft's present state.
Another possibility ' may be ' having the AutoAnchor ' too far ' from center of raft, its not working effectively,
( certain interactive items loses its work ability extreme distance away from focal point )
All else, may be other causes.
Collision statics with foundations,
User's Ignorance or simply due to Dad isnt around.
Restart the save did work tho, as with many of the oddities going on.
