Cant complete power up achievement. I put all the ingredients in the pot and it turns into leftovers.

Do you have the recipe or did you just Google it? You can't make it without the recipe.

I think in this case you can make leftovers with the correct ingredients. Unlike other recipies you need to properly unlock this one in order to cook it. Just putting in the "correct" ingredients will otherwise produce leftovers.

Nope. Just tested it. You can make it without proper recipe.
