Join Multiplayer keep error "Having Issues connecting"

Hi,

I already played a lot of games with my friends, but since the update , when I trying to connect to the host, I keep getting the error, it says "Having Issues Connecting".

I wondering any of you have the same issue with me?

Actually, it fixed whenever I re-install the game, disconnecting and connecting with no problem until I restarted my PC

Please somebody help me, it really annoying to re-install the game whenever I want to play with my friends.

On the description surface,
peer to peer networking issue between Security Programs trusted/exclusion, system rule, administration rights perhaps.
Add Game/ Steam to administrator.
Disable any unnecessary background applications and
might try troubleshooting in the above direction.

Also, after you install a program or a game, and when you open it first, a pop-up comes about security. Firewall. you need to say that it's safe. I forgot the exact lines but it may about security permission.

FYI, I tried to ignore the error message "Having Issues Connecting" without back to Main Menu, after a few seconds/minutes waiting suddenly I can join the game.

Or the host is using mods that you don't have.

If anyone still have this problem, try to go invisible on Steam when your friend is joining. It worked for us.
