I'd say more like chapter-align release - rather than a whole new sequel.

I don't mind if there will be standalone DLCs (like for portal 2) where it focus on character development or other corners of the same Raft Universe.

The developers have not announced their future plans so no one knows what they're up to. Even IF they started working sequel today, it'd take then at least 1-2 years to reach something they could offer in Early Access.

We need Raft 2. Raft was so good, cheesy in it's way but so fun to play. Loved it. Need more.

I'd buy it if it was like the first game. A massive improvement to the graphics like sotf compared to the forest would be cool.
