Report a translation problem
I can't say I'm looking forward to the rest, currently at Temperance, trying to do the reactor "puzzle". I have no idea what to do. The lack of hints is a real turn-off.
They must have updated it, because I just died and got sent back to my raft twice. It is a really huge P.I.T.A to have to go through the whole route back to the fight. Just glad I found the parkour work around or I'd have rage quit. I'm just about at the point where I'm going to have to leave Utopia unfinished. Very sad.
The best parts have been tropical islands. Who wants to climb skyscrapers? I want some nice big, PEACEFUL islands, that is all.
So, I am packing up my bits, fuelling up with Biofuel, and will go with the current.
If you want a peaceful chapter 3 load up the item spawner mod and give yourself the OP weapon. One shot from this kills any enemy at any range, technically that's not all that "peaceful" but it gets you through to the end without any battles. Just don't kill the Alpha until it jumps down into the arena or you can't collect it's head. The weapon is part of the game and will stay if you turn off mods, so you don't have to play with mods on if they are causing glitches.
You could always submit a bug report to let developers know about it. It's entirely possible it's an oversight and they forgot to set them peaceful in peaceful mode. Don't know about the boss fights though.

The bugs should be an easier fix to shut them down--so many Fallout vibes, but I digress.
But as far as the boss fights go, this is my (extraordinarily uneducated) opinion--just thinking out loud here.
Maybe when Olaf's monologue starts, just before he attacks the player with bombs, they could cut to some more of those beautifully crafted pictures (like they use at the end of the story) depicting the rafter chasing/fighting/defeating Olaf/Alpha. And then let the player continue.
Perhaps they could do something similar when the player clicks to open the door to fight the rhino shark. Instead of loading the boss, the player gets some cool narrative art.
As a reward and for continuity the player should still get the blueprints and such...but maybe not the trophy heads?
Anyway, my two cents...not sure it's worth that much.
