Hyena Alpha stuck charging?

I died fighting the alpha hyena, and when I made my way back to the arena, it seems to be stuck in a pattern of charging. Even before I drop into the arena, it will glow green, turn to aim at me, then rush the area underneath me. Once I'm in the arena it does the same thing over and over with no opportunity for me to hit it. When it turns green it's invincible. Is this a bug I need to submit, or is there some way of knocking it out of this pattern?

Is there anyone who can help me with this boss? I am not sure if it's bugged or if there's something else I need to do.

I know what you mean i keep dying and it resets round and round i go ready to give up :( or maybe that's just the way it is :(

I finally managed to beat it. It was stuck trying to charge me, so what I ended up doing was hitting it with an arrow when it charged in my direction. That seemed to shake it out of charge-mode and put it back in its normal attack pattern. Then I just had to keep stabbing it in the face when it wasn't glowing green. Definitely a hard fight, even on a lower difficulty.

i'm having the same issue, i think it's definitely a bug. but i'm glad to hear that you still found a way to beat it...so maybe there's hope for me too.

If you hadn't posted this I would have never figured out how to kill the thing. I spent an hour just dodging his charge thinking he would reset at some point. Hitting him with ANY arrow shakes him out of that armored mode.
