Temperance notes locations ("Varuna Point Historian!" achievement)

I have missed two notes at Temperance, page 33.

I have just found the top note on page 33, which was on the fence next to the observatory.

Any ideas where the final one might be?

• is there any note on any of those radio towers where we collect cables?
  
• is there any note in the shacks with snowmobiles?
  
• is there anything worth noticing in a drive-through cave?
  
• there is one place where you can jump on the snowmobile, but I don't think there were any notes there.
  
• there are two underground rooms which are initially irradiated, but I think there was only scrap there (no blueprints, no notes, no quest items).
  
• as you approach the observatory and fall through the cave, there is a tunnel to the right which is blocked - does it have another entrance?
  
• as you leave Selene Research Facility, go right and jump down, there are some items visible between the rocks - anything there? can it be accessed?

Found it. It was in the "town", next to the power generator where the player starts dragging the cable to all the domes.

Hi. I ran across this post while I was looking for hints for the last note I was missing in Temperance (and it helped!).

If you're still unsure of what that inaccessible item is, it's an easter egg. Look up "GameClam" and you'll find the videos that this refers to.
