how to finish achievement?

how do i get this 3 achievement??? T_T
- Powered Up! (Have all buffs from meals and drinks active on you at the same time.)
- Cache Collector! (Locate all Grabber caches on Varuna Point.)
- hidden achievement

It's broken.

There are 2 Drinks and 3 Meals,
that are crafted from Special Recipes exchanged from the new Trade station.
Protect from Death, Run faster, Swim faster, Bigger Lungs and More Health

Use 5 of them at the same time to trigger ' Power Up '.


Cache Collector, something doesn't feels right,
wouldn't be surprised if its bugged.

Hidden achievements, are hidden in your Personal achievement page,
look into Global list and see which is the one you missing.

The cache collector is very bugged and i dont think they fixed it even after the update
