The Game Keeps Freezing

I get into the game, and the thing plays for around a solid minute. Then after that , it freezes. The screen just no longer moves and the game keeps running in the background. I can hear the sounds of my character moving, the menu opening and closing. The raft moving and even throwing the hook. But the screen is completely frozen. I am using a NIVIDA graphics card, and the game runs smoothly, perfectly fine, nothing is a problem until it just suddenly STOPS working.

Can someone please give me a tip to help? I want to play the game with my friend, but I can only be in the title menu of the game. If I end up playing the actual game for more than a minute, the game just freezes. My friend even joined, and it wasn't frozen for them, it would freeze for a moment, then it would work for them while I am forzen permanatly. I need help, please.

Hi, what are your graphic card specs - and what's the size of your raft?

I too am having this problem. I have a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT with a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core. I have not been able to play since the update.

You are asking in a two year old post,
might check if you Windows Clock is dated year 2018 instead of 2020.

Regardless AMD had issues with games, always and recently.
Update graphic card driver , if persist,
backdate to an older, stable built.

All else, reflect on your system hardware, power and settings.
