To start with you should Verify the integrity of game files. You could also try restarting Steam/your computer or running Steam as administrator. Some people fixed their issue by reinstalling their graphics or motherboard drivers. You can also try renaming UnityCrashHandler. Do you have any mods installed?

I managed to solve this problem, but now I have a problem with the blue loading screen, it stays there and then the game closes by itself

Wind never changes direction in the game. It always blows the same way. If you want to move against the wind, you need to use either paddles or engines.

I can fix it after a lot of try. I just hide the game from my steam library and launch it with the shortcut
