Balboa island treasure spawn points are broken

while I was chasing one of treasures it was somewhere on a wall near 4th or 6th station. I find it weird that they can spawn on top of a hill in a rock or a vertical surface.

Yeah, that's an oversight in the programming for spawn points, I'm sure.
Hopefully it gets fixed in the next update! I've had to abandon a few treasure spots thanks to being in a particularly heinous spot.
