Balboa island help

Hey guys. I need help because I'm stupid.
On Balboa island you must activate 3 relaystations. Station number 4 can only be reached, if you activate the bridge. Is that correct? How do I activate that bridge or where is another way to that station?

Shoot your arrow at the bridge lowering handle on the right side of the bridge that is raised up in the air, and it will drop.

Or You can just pick up the Stones laying in front of the Bridge and throw them at the lever ...
