Help my raft is stuck

I got the new update, loaded my existing game and my raft was stuck partially in the dock of caravan town. I reloaded the world hoping that now I've opened it in the newly updated game it'd have less issues when loading the world in again. Unfortunately I keep having problems. mostly the raft jsut won't move no matter what I do, even if it is not stuck.
most reloads it is not merged halfway into a cliff or dock but just floating on the wayter, yet I cannot move the raft by engines, sail or paddle.

I have tried removing the anchor and reloading, which still didn't work.
I've had a few getting stuck on a glitched anchor before but reloading usually fixed that right away.
Why isn't my raft moving? And is there a way to forcibly move its location? (If that would even help)

Have you tried loading previous backup save? Or destroying the part that is stuck to the island?

You could try disabling raft collisions using BetterFPS mods. This makes your raft no longer collide with objects, including island, and instead simply slide thru them.

The raft only got stuck on the first load and then once again on one of the loads but even when it's floating in the water it's not moving.
As I mentioned I briefly had this happen once when using the anchor, which I think might have happened because either I used it too frequently (accidentally switched it the wrong way then back again) or because I was using a mod that lets you bind the anchor and engines to quick keys

but after reloading the game it fixed the anchor problem. but this time I tried removing the anchor, reloading then placing the anchor and nothing.
I started a new game and everything's fine but I really didn't want to lose the game I was working hard on.

Oh wait! So I loaded up the game through steam instead of the mod loader and after backing up my world I loaded it and it was fine and working
So I loaded up the mod loader again and just selectively turned off some mods that weren't updated (RIP Waterwheel T-T ) and it's working
however it could just be that having quit the game and reloaded it something works now, or maybe it was because of one of the mods somehow, I'm not sure???
Or maybe since I posted this a problematic mod was updated or something

Either way, loaded in, my ship was a-spinning and realised I left the wheel turned to the right xD

But it seems to be all good now I'm on the water again.
My backpack is even back in the middle of the screen now. I didn't mention this but the inventory was like down to the bottom right half behind the bar and off the screen so that was annoying but it's better now too
