engine controls?
i'm guessing it's a new blueprint, does anyone know where it comes from?

Guess? Probably the same way the update says all other things are obtained. Crates, treasure, etc.

Truth? No clue.

unfortunately i also loaded an old game and don't have it in my crafting menu. hence asking... but in this save i haven't been to balboa, maybe it's unlocked there?

u need Titan .. then research it :) but for me it was there my brother used the mod "Item Spawner" that already was patched to the new update
