Report a translation problem
Can you go in game, press 'o' three times to bring up performance statistics and system specifications, take a screenshot with your raft and those statistics on screen and post it here.

The thing is, It looks normal here, but in game everything looks all orange and yellow. It makes no sense
Only thing that stands out is that the Integrated Radeon r6 graphics woefully under powered for the game. If this is a laptop, it's even worse as laptop components tend to be significantly less powerful than their desktop counterparts (so desktop with same specs will significantly outperform a laptop with same specs).

Unfortunately that only explains low FPS shown, not the weird display issues you're having, unless those two are somehow related. I googled but did not really come with anything matching your description either so I don't know what, if anything, can be done to solve your issue.
If it was a desktop, I'd recommend buying a discrete graphics card but your system seems to be a laptop and laptop graphics can't be upgraded unfortunately.
But thank you for the help. I just gotta buy a newer mid-high grade laptop until I build a PC.
