Pipes do not go through walls

The pipes do not go through walls, I have had to take the pipe through the window because two pipes do not join through the walls. If I don't remember correctly that before if it worked, I have tried with all the wall tiers and it does not work.

they can OCCASIONALLY be coaxed to work with "triangular ceilings" using a LOT of finagling, but most of the time it doesnt work.
this is a MAJOR peeve of mine along with no "angled" pipes or the ability to hide them INSIDE walls/ceilings.
and DONT EVEN get me started on LADDERS!

If the pipes could follow any surface that is adjacent to the pipe this would help tremendously by allowing players to create pipe "routes" that are more efficient and appealing to the eye.

a mod fixes this. use it myself to run pipes from level to level.

I attached to sprinklers through walls, but the pipes don't run through walls by themselves.

pipes never work by going through walls.

You need to have opening on wall or floor (vertical piping)

I've only gotten pipes to go through fences. Walls/half-walls were a no-go.

Use the item collision mod when you're building your raft and then turn it off after you're done. Helps it look cleaner and solves the problem. In RL, pipes do go through walls.. and in game, since you can put anything with an out or inlet against a wall and have pipes go through it no problem, it seems like a minor oversight by the amazing devs. But just use the mod, and everything's fune.
