Unable to repair the raft anymore?
Hello. I created a new game after the recent Renovation update, and I can't figure out how to repair the chewed up bits of my flooring that have a percentage of health left. I'm fairly certain I should be able to use my hammer on it, but nothing happens when I left click, despite having the materials for a foundation. Nothing happens when I right click other than seeing all the possible things I can build.

Is this a bug? Are other people able to repair their raft?

I'm also experiencing a lot of weird lag when trying to use my hook, to the point where it doesn't even shoot the hook despite charging and attempting to launch it. I don't remember things being so difficult when I played this game before.

You did choose repair option from the build menu and have the required materials in your inventory? Middle mouse button is also repair button regardless of what building option you've picked.

I just tested and had no issue repairing damaged triangle foundation. Had no issues with plastic or scrap hook either. :lunar2020thinkingtiger:

You're right. I had to find the repair option on the right click menu (for some reason I have no memory of how I repaired them before).

As for the hook, I will do some more testing. The inability to launch it seems to happen because it gets stuck in the middle of a launch and I can't pull it back or reset it. It's very frustrating and confusing. My audio is stuttering sometimes too.

Is your performance otherwise fine? No lag spikes?

Can you go in game, press 'o' three times to bring up performance statistics and system specifications, take a screenshot of your raft and those statistics on screen and post it here.
