buoyancy and weight distribution?
I'm pretty new to the game and have spend just under 15 hours playing it, so my raft is starting to get rather large... do i have to worry about distributing the weight of my raft when i get to the upper floors, or can i build something like a 12 story tower on one corner without worrying about tipping over, and sinking my raft?

There is no structural integrity, do as you please. feel free to go crazy.

However later you need an engine, and I think you need one engine every 100 foundation so it will cost you more fuel (even if that's not a big issue by itself) if you make a flat raft only.
