Didn't get the Head Light blueprint from the top of the radio tower?

Okay, so I've looted the Radio tower, fully, and I have not found the Head Light blueprint. I've left the render distance several times and gone back, and it's still not there, as well as reverted my save to a point before I had discovered the Radio Tower.
Is there anyway I can get one from elsewhere? Or is that the only place you can get it since it's the start of the story line that sends you to Vasagatan?

I've ventured to r Vasagatan in hopes that it's not 'too dark' and I can just get by without it, but once you go up the first set of stairs of the Yacht it's just too dark, even with adjustments to gamma through GPU settings.

Anything I can do or am I just screwed? Was really enjoying this play through aswell as it's the first time I've played the game properly since Raft went from Itch.io to steam

Are all the notes clicked on and collected.
Check the research table list, is battery, circuit, seaweed glue researched.

Gutted the place, nothing left to loot, and yeah, I had the items needed to craft it researched before hand

it was on the floor for me by the door you walk in to. if you don't see it after reverting to previous saves. try uninstalling then reinstalling the game.

How can you successfully jump between beam and stairs - I've tried about 20 times and never make it. I figure I am missing something really basic. Anyone have any hints or I am just a klutz?

If there's a gap I don't know if I can jump normally, I usually do a sprint-jump. Press shift, aim and run. And hope I don't totally miscalculate and end up way down there (hopefully in water!) I'm also a klutz :)
