How to hide build menu to show inventory?

The build menu hides the inventory menu. If I press tab it closes everything.

I just want to close the part that is blocking the inventory. I've tried clicking outside.

From what I know, there is not an option to turn off build menu while browsing chests. What resolution are you playing on? Normally Buildmenu will be on left and inventory/chest in the middle without any collisions of an UI (at 1080p).

My resolution is 1280x1024

So its more square and that will cause both UI windows to collide. Unfortunetly there isnt any way to hide one of the UI's I know of.

You should definitely upgrade your display.

You can't expect developers to cater to a resolution that low.

1920x1080 is pretty much the standard, though many of us have been gaming in 1440p or 2160p for years now.

1280x1024... I honestly haven't even seen (let alone used) a display with that few pixels since... I want to say 2005'ish.

It has nothing to do with my resolution being too "low". It's to do with how square it is. If I lower to: 1280x960 then the inventory is not blocked. Geez.

Just in case someone stumbles on this thread with the same issue. My solution that didn't involve buying a new screen:
1. Launch game
2. Settings
3. Graphics
4. Change resolution to something else e.g. 1280x960
