creative mode. i have too many animals. can i remove them?

kill them how? i have tried to hit them with an axe and arrows. nothing happened.

You need a proper ritual to sacrifice animals to Poseidon. Jokes aside, once I get a rare type of animals I throw the common one into the ocean. They will float, but eventually they will despawn once you get far away from them.

I know I killed some in creative, recently even. Try a lot of arrows, or just mod in the uber spear if you wanna speed it up.

You sure they stay for hours? Even if they're in the water & dead? Does it also happen if they're not in the water? I'd think I'd remember if I faced this same issue (and I was in creative too :/).

i have too many as well. My game is even down to 15 fps. i Want like a weapon or something that deletes a specific animal. Maybe some mod can do it.

Check post above you, in the spoilers, doesn't that work?
and don't mind it being a spear, it seems to act as if it has infinite length and a one-shot kill.
