water tank blueprint
i missed the blueprint in the capsule first time around and when i came back for it the capsule is closed off is there any way to get that blueprint now ?

Try first distance from the capsule, save, exit game, relog and try again the entrance.

May also try hop through the glass, from the ladder. (result may varies)

Blueprints now should respawn. So just spawn and new Tangaroa and the blue prints will be there.

"All blueprints now respawn when revisiting locations" - this is from the patch notes.
