Launching problem

When trying to play the game, nothing happens.There's no error reports or anything shows on the screen, it just won't launch. But I can find raft.exe existing in my task manager.
I tried to reinstall or verify the game, it didn't work. Still the same situation.
Anyone been there?

A few option to try:
1. The developer suggests running Steam as Admin, and launch directly from the Steam games library. More developer suggestions at https://support.redbeetinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012981932-The-game-is-not-launching (by the way, restart PC before uninstall, to ensure full deletion)
2. In task manager, right-click the "raft" task, then hit expand. Then, right-click on the second Raft task, and click "maximize."
3. Update graphics card drivers.
4. Try these launch options:
-screen-fullscreen 0 -popupwindow
-screen-fullscreen 1

Does your computer meet or exceed the system requirements for the game? Are you on laptop or desktop?

i'm on a laptop and i exceed the system requirements and i'm also having a hard time blacksreen plus the part where my resolutions is too big unless i play in fullscreen and do ALT + Enter and thats how i know i have a blackscreen and it does not load i've let it sit for like 30 mins now .
