Raft
Can sharks break anything you armor? (using foundation armor)
Basically im working on reinforcing my raft (including collection nets) is this a worthwhile investment of metal ore/ingots (its not my first playthrough) its just that ive never tried before.
Ideally id like the entire raft to be reinforced eventually but
- Is there enough metal ore and will it replenish over time
-Will the shark attack another floor (i know that sounds stupid flying sharks)
- Will the shark attack the armor foundation and armor nets and are these invulnerable to the shark?
- If the shark doesnt attack the raft does it still stalk the player in the depths?

This includes Balboa. Also, I don't think the Vasgatan wreck has any metal ore around it. Otherwise, all islands have at least SOME ore. And since the islands are randomly generated, unless you retrace your path and go back to islands you've already looted, you will have a neverending supply.
2. The shark will not attack armored foundations and will target the next available unarmored section, even if it means attacking a spot farther towards the middle of the raft itself.
3. As above, armoring the nets and foundation sections make them immune to shark attack. The idea is that his teeth just aren't strong enough to damage steel plating.
4. Yes. Even if your raft is completely invulnerable to him, Bruce will still stalk you, hoping to get a bite out of you next time you go diving.
If anything, armoring your raft entirely makes him MORE a threat to you as the player. He has only one thing to chew on now: YOU.
Some of us intentionally make "bait" foundations for him to chew on to keep him busy while we loot. The triangle foundation pieces are especially good as they are cheap to produce.
