Small Balboa islands
After completing everything on Balboa island and getting location of Caravan town I’ve started searching for small islands like Balboa to catch bees and get honey, but after ~8-12 hours of searching I found and visited at least 20 big default islands with warthogs and screechers. Idk, is this a bug or something? I had no problems with Raft before, but this one really disappoint me. Is it possible to fix somehow? I don’t want to lose all my progress and start from the beginning =(

Should I go against the wind from anywhere or reach balboa island first and then move further?

I went to balboa then went further against the wind and found large evergreen islands (with the receiver) with bees, bears and such. However now that i did that i cant seem to find a large tropical island for the life of me.

I've only seen 1 large island since balboa, the animals on it vanished. I guess the big bird is the screecher and the pig thing is the boar, i also saw a green fish but it's gone as well. No bees or honeycombs, except on balboa so far and no more bears either, but I did find a nice big cave of mushrooms and soil.

I am travelling in the direction of the wind flag. Not seen anything unusual on small islands either. Just the usual.

Tried reloading game to respawn critters but it didn't work.

there are two types of islands (besides balboa): small and large. There are also two types of biomes: tropical and evergreen. I havent seen a small evergreen island but i heard they exist. hopefully making an engine or using a bunch of paddles can keep you going far enough untill you see a new green blip on your receiver. that blip is more than likely a large island

I have 3 blips on radar, one is balboa.. i'll check the other two now, i have 4 engines on raft atm

Cool found another big island..

Guys, thank you all for your advices! Finally found first small balboa island. All I had to do was just go against wind. Thanks!

it also happend to me...
i went to balboa and just kept on sailing agains the wind and i found my first mini balboa island i have already visited 70+ big islands with the big bird but now i can also find honey
