Will this be coming to PS4?
It not, does this have full controller support on steam?

The developers have stated several times that they are aiming to complete the game for Windows first. While they would like to support more platforms in the future (Mac, Linux, Consoles), they can't give any promises. Same goes for controllers, that game does not currently support.

While there is no official controller support, it's apparently possible to make controllers work with the game:

If you have a Steam controller you can use the big picture Steam mode to launch Raft and use your Steam controller.
It might need some getting used to but is has been tested and apparently it works.
So time to get that Steam Link back out from where it was collecting dust and have fun playing Raft on your tv or wherever your Steam Link works with.

Making XBOX and PlayStation controllers work with the game seem also possible according to some posts:
