does this game have fall damage?
if so, at what height of how many half walls does it take to take minimal fall damage?

It has some fall damage, but it's easy to work around this by falling down along the wall/mountain without taking any damage. Not sure how high, but I can go off the edge on my boat 3 walls up without taking any damage.

The threshold for fall damage is pretty high. I tested it jumping off some hills and it didnt hurt much. Also i use the advise that Zymbo mentioned to get safely down from high mountain islands.

Is falling damage the same in each difficulty?
Damage should be different, especially it should be rised in hard.
We play in hard and even when jumping from highest locations, falling damage is a joke...

"Oh crap, I'm stuck on this ledge, And a bear is after me! Better jump off and land on my feet like a cat and take almost no damage due to my legs of steel!"

On normal difficulty you can fall off safely from 7 or 8 levels height after that fall damage starts. the higher the fall the higher the damage. With armor on you can fall maybe 12 -15 levels without dying. As for difficulty i honestly don't know. When it goes to damage and scaling with difficulty I always thought of it as the HP of the enemies gets scaled up/down compared to normal, as well as your HP. So it makes sense than on higher difficulty you will receive more damage %-wise compared to normal.
