Should show something like this:

Thanks for your response. These are the specs:
Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
I'll work on getting the other info now.
I should also add that it seemed smoother on single player just now than it did on multiplayer. When it was lagging the first time I played yesterday, it was on an online game. However, my Windows Lenovo was also connected with no problems.
That's probably the reason for poor performance. Your IGP is less powerful than Gefroce GTX 550 Ti:

What are the specifications of your Lenovo?
To take screenshot using Steam, press F12 in game. To upload it, in your client go to your profile, choose screenshots and click Upload Screenshots. Screenshot uploader should pop up and from it choose Raft and select screenshot to upload.
Alternatively you can upload any screenshot going to your Profile, select Artwork and click Upload Artwork. Either write the name of the game or choose Not Game Specific. Name the artwork, select the file from your computer, check the 'I certify that I created this artwork' box and save. This works from browser as well.

It runs well enough on Singleplayer. Why would it be different for Multiplayer while at the same time the Lenovo is running well on Multiplayer and hooked up to the same internet.
This is the screenshot on the Lenovo:

From what I see from tests on the net, the Radeon RX 560X in your Mac doesn't handle above 1080p gaming resolutions very well so you may want to lower the resolution (and see if decreasing other settings help):

Do also make sure your drivers are up to date.
Multiplayer performance is automatically poorer as you host has handle data from clients as well and internet connection causes lag. Also, as far as I've understood it, Raft uses Steam infrastructure to facilitate the multiplayer so all data goes thru Steam servers, not directly between host and client.
UneXp claims he managed to eliminate the lag using virtual networking but you have to ask him if you want to know more. I play exclusively solo so I know barely anything about networking or multiplayer in general.
Thanks so much for your help and your time. You're awesome.
You're welcome. Here's link to UneXp's post I forgot to add to above post in case you're interested what he did:
