Is this game appropriate for a 7-year old?

I can't find a content rating and although the screenshots look fine, I want to make sure that there isn't gore or sexual innuendo. A little amount of blood when attacking or whatever is ok.

This game is completely fine for a seven year old, there is no gore or sexual natures at all.

There actually is gore (Example: You can see the inside of the shark's head)

But if you turn the graphics down a bit it kinda stops looking like gore , I can't say an exact description or anything like that about what it looks like but it's the best I can do

i play with my almost 7 year old, have for a long time. its fine in my opinion

You can take an animals head after you've killed it , you're right , there is no gore
