how do i make explosive powder
whit puffer fish but how ive killed 3 an can only cook it / what am i doing wrong here .

Some puffer fish will drop "explosive goo", and you have to place that goo into the smelter to dry it, which will then give you explosive powder. Unfortunately, not all the puffer drop this goo.

So not all pufferfish drop explosive powder? That explains why I haven't found any! I found one explosive goo, dried it in the smelter, researched it and then no more drops. I was starting to think it was a bug.

Yes, so far it seems to be just luck based, as I'm not sure what the drop percentage is for the goo yet.
