I can't find explosive powder anywhere

I really can't. I looked underwater, mined rocks, dug for dirt, looted boxes, can't find it. Please explain or help?

That i know, on the large islands in caves you will find spots that look like clay or sand, which you can dig out with the shovel :)

I am not sure, but i am currently trying to figure out if the exploding fish near the large islands drop them.

Haven't seen a blow fish, only the puffer fish that I believe dropped explosive goo but not explosive powder. I've swam around and around the large island without seeing a blowfish.

Edit: Should have read the tool tip, goo needs to be dried in a kiln (or whatever it's called that you put metal in to melt)

So is it a random drop, sometimes explosive goo and sometimes explosive powder or we have to somehow turn the explosive goo into explosive powder?

Puffers drop Explosive Goo,
which look like 'Seaweed' Goo
Use Goo on Smelter to get Explosive Powder.
