FPS 3 ...Why? I cant play games...
On the menu screen
FPS 280, GPU 96% - 97%, CPU 30% -55%

When loading the game start
FPS 25 - 30,GPU 10% - 20%, CPU 30% - 40%.

After 20 minutes
FPS 2 - 3, GPU 2% - 4%, CPU 15% - 20%.

Lag is so bad that the game can not play normally.

--game data--
1. I am playing the game for about 90 hours.
2. Normal mode
3. size : 17 x 43 and more
4. hight : floor 5 and more
Update5 (2981853)

--my pc--
windows10
i7-7700k
Memory : 32GB
GTX1080Ti
FPS,GPU,CPU check -> msi Afterburner

--I have a question.--
1. Why does CPU and GPU usage drop?
2. Does anyone have the same problem in the same environment as my PC?
3. Is this problem a problem of my PC environment? Or is it a game issue?

I do not speak English xD
Thank you Google Translate! :)

It definitely sounds strange that your GPU and CPU goes down that much after 20 minutes. Are you able to do the same test, just with the game launched in exclusive fullscreen? :)

Yes :) "exclusive fullscreen."

This delay did not occur today.
When the raft was small, FPS was over 100.
If you enlarge the raft, the FPS falls a bit.
As a result of enlarging the raft, FPS became 3.

Of course FPS will always fall when building huge buildings, especially since in this game that entire building has to be moved on the sea. I'm interested in finding out whenever exclusive fullscreen will affect your system as much as "borderless / default" does.

I understand this meaning. And you can see that the FPS value drops.

I do not understand this meaning. Because my English ability is weak ... lol

There is no item to set "Full Screen · Borderless Window · Window" in "Setting" of this game.
Therefore, I think that I will always play the game in full screen.

SETTINGS
- GENERAL
- CONTROLS
- GRAPHICS <- is this?
- AUDIO

You may have understood the meaning you said.

"If you play exclusive full screen on other games, will you have problems?"

Is that what you say?

In that case, the answer is "There is no problem".

PUBG, TheCrew, TheForest ... no problems.

In this game only, CPU and GPU usage drops and FPS value drops.

---
I tested it with PUBG.
- 1920 x 1080
- Graphics : ultra
- The checking place is a meeting place before taking an airplane.

*Full Screen
GPU : 82% - 96%
CPU : 40% - 60%
FPS : 120 - 144

*FullScreen(windowed)
GPU : 80% - 97%
CPU : 40% - 72%
FPS : 126 - 144

*Windowed
GPU : 85% - 95%
CPU : 35% - 62%
FPS : 124 - 144

There was not much change in GPU, CPU, FPS even when changing the display mode.

It is about 20 minutes playing video with the raft setting.
GPU, CPU and FPS values are displayed on the upper right of the screen.

it looks like your cpu is overheating
RyderDie Jul 30, 2018 @ 5:01am
Remember to lock your FPS at 60 FPS etc, or you risk overheating yeah.

Thanks for your comment.
I checked the movie. The CPU temperature is high. It's over 80 degrees. lol.
Since I recorded with OBS, did the temperature of the CPU go up?

I made various checks on the setting.
- Framerate limit (FPS 30 - FPS nolimit)
- Vsync
- any *** QUALITY (FASTEST - EXTREME)

Whatever you try, the time goes by, the FPS value drops and the game slows down.

I looked at TIGERS's "overheating" comment and tested it.

Other games are roughly 40 degrees to 70 degrees and the average is 60 degrees.
But this game will start at around 65 degrees just by starting it.
And it becomes high to 70 degrees, about 80 degrees.

My PC spec is i7-7700k and GTX1080Ti. Does this specification mean that you overheat?
Is not this game comfortable to play unless it is core - i9?
Or is my PC setting incorrect? Or is cpu broken?

There are many factors, what cooling do you have in your pc?
Is the room currently hot due to heatwave?
Have you got a build up of dust in your system?
Are all fans running?

some games are very demanding on cpu rather than GPU, your system (if setup correctly) should easily cope with this game

I havent played much of this game as yet due to the heatwave we are currently "suffering" but have noticed in the time i have played that this seems to be cpu demanding

Yeah, seems like an issue with cooling to be honest. The overall heat shouldn't be starting at 65 anyways, that is something that builds up. By the looks of it, it really seems like there's a cooling error - especially with those specs, you need some serious cooling to keep it all running smooth.

Wow, I don't get numbers that low. I have a gen 6 Core i7, and a GTX 1080 (not the 'ti' version), and I regularly get 60 FPS on raft. I have the game's default FPS limit at 60, and never thought to change it, since I don't expect to be needing FPS of over 60 in a game like Raft.

Sometimes I have to close my bedroom door to keep a cat from jumping up and stepping on things (me, keyboard, standing in front of the screen, etc)), and can make my room a bit stifling. Even then, I guess the FPS cap, and keeping my raft small, keeps the game running smoothly.

The cooling system uses this.
- CPU
"Water-cooled UNIT Asetek 550 LC + Enermax UCTB 12 P"
- GPU
"GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB + Asetek 740 GN water cooling + Enermax UCTB 12 + CARDKEEPER"

The PC did maintenance last month. Therefore it is very clean without dust.
The fans are moving without problems.

When I played the game, I thought the GPU was important. Thanks to you I learned that the CPU is also important. Thank you for your knowledge!

I live in Tokyo, Japan. Tokyo is hot above 35 degrees.
It seems that it is over 40 degrees in the highest temperature area. Cross

Therefore, when I play the game, I will start the air conditioner. The room temperature is set at 20 degrees.
It is very cold and comfortable. The temperature around the PC is not high.

I understood the problem of cooling.

But there is something I do not understand.

1. Even if you play another heavy 3D game, the CPU temperature is 40 to 70 degrees. It is 60 degrees on average. (6 hours play)

2. Stop the PC for 1 hour. CPU 0 degree. Start the PC and start RAFT. CPU 65 to 75 degrees. If you play for about 30 minutes it will be around 75 degrees to 80 degrees.

It is only this game that exceeds 80 degrees.

Why will only the temperature get higher in this game?
Is there still a problem with my PC? (CPU?)
