how do you revive other players

Ok me and my friend were playing together i died he could not find me. So i logged out and the game reset to were we started. Loosing the 3 hours of progress . Ok no bigy but he still couldnt find my body to revive me. I thought after logging off and back in my body was suposed to be on the raft.

Losing 3 hours of progress and still staying dead doesn't make much sense. The game should save after being knocked out or (the host) exiting.

Also, where were you guys at when this happened? Were you anchored down somewhere, or adrift on the water?

You can choose to Surrender / Respawn when you are incapacitated. Logging out while dead is not really a good idea - also remember to save. :)

ok ment dieing after the the 3 hours of progress. and yes i know i should have saved every 30 min to hr. I was the host. But the question still remains How Do You Revive Other Players? was drifting in water not anchored. But after i restarted the game should i be on the raft for revivale? see i dont know how the revial system works . So that is what i want a answer to. So raft is drifting (sailing ect) i fall off get killed by shark . Friend is on raft , how does he find me to revive, and what is needed?

I assume you revive someone by grabbing the other person and taking the passed out character to a bed. Played solo, so I don't know. Interaction info should show up when close.

If you died under the water, you might not float back up, making it harder to find you from the surface.

First off, if your friend hasn't done so already, stop the raft. Either by anchoring it or turning the sail against the wind.

If he can't notice you right away from where he is at, backtracking might be in order. This means either he has to swim back and find you, or could paddle back (assuming the sail is against the wind to keep from drifting away).

When found, he'll have to jump in and pull you back onto the raft and on to a bed.

I assume you are playing in Hard mode, since respawing back onto the raft would otherwise be an option.

And no, unfortunately the game doesn't move you if you reload. I tried that after I got killed in a stupid way and lost the resources and tools I had.

Actualy it was on normal mode. I dont mind the loosing stuff in this case. its just wanting to know how the revial system works currently. Has any one revied another player? (at current game)

You need to do a bed. The other player needs then grab you and put you in the bed.
