Difficulty using the Headlamp blueprint

I got the Headlamp Blueprint, but when I put it in my research table, it says it's already been researched. I don't see a headlamp in any of my crafting tabs though.

What is it supposed to let me craft then? I don't see anything new in my crafting menu.

head lamp dont need new item for reserch
when u find blueprint open research table and press resarch

It needs battery to make so you need to research battery(empty one also counts) first.

head lamp is researched i can't make one. what am i missing ? i went to the ship found notes blue prints etc. i did the whole thing with no light. am i missing something?

I GOT IT!! HAD TO PUT BATTERY IN RESEARCH TABLE!! ...

The research table shows you all the unlockable crafting recipes and what is needed to unlock them. You just need to look at the icons beside what you are trying to unlock to see what item(s) need to be researched to make it unlockable.
