Bug: Unable to loot/pickup/harvest dead animals

As the title say i cannot get anything from dead animals I have killed. Me and friend managed to kill a warthog and the giant bird(screecher i think?) and we could do nothing but stare at the corpses until they disappeared. Also was the same with a goat too. It was pretty saddening after wasting a buncha arrows, but anyway yea... we could not press E or stab it or anything to harvest them. I even tried an axe and shears, no idea if there is some kind of new tool or something to get them( i havent played in a while so maybe?). Just letting you guys know so it will hopefully get fixed...

Don't know if this will help, but it's changed from just having to tap E to harvest everything at once to having to hold E to slowly harvest.

I tried to hold E to harvest a Goat yesterday and the circle filled up, but just sat there and did nothing once full. All other animals - Cluckers, Bears, Sharks, etc - have worked with harvesting for me. So might be a bug with only a few animals.

This is what I saw after killing a llama the other day. Pressing E on it did nothing.

The only reason I killed it was because I didn't realize at the time I needed explosive goo to capture stuff. Since there was no puffer fish left on that island I decided all I could do was harvest it.

I should have clarified a bit on that, there was no prompt or option to even hold E to harvest them. Absolutely nothing, like they were not even there. Thank you all for getting back pretty quick

This still seems to be an issue as I can't do it when another person hosts a game

As far as I know, goats/llamas/cluckers don't drop anything when killed.

this is correct. killing them is fully pointless.

it can be lag.

also the prompt sometimes disappears or flashes due the corpses in this game still moveing like crazy as thier psyhics are still going to ♥♥♥♥ kinda like a bethetic game^^

This still seems to be true, host could loot the screecher, I could not.

Yeah. When I join others, it's like this. Some things can only be done by the host consistently. It is a bit inconsistent for visitors.

its because of the bow. when i use it to kill anything, boar, bird ,, anyhing it doesnt bugs it out and wont let me gather it aslong as you kill it with a spear it should drop
