Please help me. I came to balboa but i can't find any notes. What should i do? And i thought that Balboa is an island, so what is it? Radio tower or island?

A big island with bears, honey and 3 radio towers which you need to switch on... You will find notes at the radio towers and the wooden hut.

I got coordinate of balboa island but when i sail to it, i saw i radio tower without any notes etc

Do you mean you got to a big island but you can't find any notes? Or you sailed to a place that is just a radio tower?

I didn't get to any island, i have found note with coords of balboa but when i came there i saw just a radio tower without anything.

You need to put the coordinates (4 digits) into the radio to switch to Balboa. The thing with battery that beeps has a second part on your right that lets you put codes in. If your code is correct, it goes green and the BLUE MARKER is your new story target.

You go to radio tower. You get code (e.g., 1234). Put the number in the radio thing using the part on the right and sail towards the new BLUE MARKER.

You will get to a yacht. Solve that puzzle, you get code for Balboa. Put in code.

Build engines, getting to Balboa requires thrust

Go to Balboa, get new fuel and story and code for Chapter two (not released)
