Raft engine bug..?
are any of you fellow gamers having an issue with the engines?
i dont think they are working correctly, ive filled them with both wood and biofuel, with pipes hooked up to both engines and biofuel container... and both engines are just not moving like they do in creative mode...

You need engines to match your size of raft.

I have 4 and they work, my raft isn't that big ( my opinion ) and I thought 2 would work but they just moved real slow and clunk and puff and don't do anything. I added two more and now they spin round nice and fast and work.

Engines are linked to raft size. That's not apparent in game, it doesn't tell you. If they just clunk real slow, you need more.

Might not have enough engines for the size of your raft. I'm guessing the physics are different in creative than survival modes.
It's known that the engines "chug" if there aren't enough.
Like trying to water a garden with a straw instead of a hose. Not enough power!

also don't forget to check if your anchor is down when you add new engines, if its down the engines will "chug". :D

It's written on the side of the engine 1 per 100 tiles
